Hala Hummus is an intriguing concept that takes a very traditional Arabic staple which is usually served as a side dish, and turns it into the prime focus. We chose the name “Hala Hummus” as it means “Hello Hummus” in Arabic which adds a friendly and inviting aspect to the business. We created the logo and brand to showcase the organic aspect as well as an uplifting message to the consumer, through illustrations and pastel colors.
